What’s been happening:

I am still practicing law after 38 years and still married to the former Elaine Friedman, Class of 1968, celebrating our 40th anniversary in June 2009. We have two children, both PSU grads.: daughter Melissa Silberman and son Eric Gershenson. We also have one granddaughter, Dylan, who is the light of our lives, and are looking forward to another, anticipated in September 2009.
